Our Process

Initial Meeting

During our initial consultation we will discuss your vision for your space.  Provide us with some inspiration, your ideas of how the space will function, and how you see yourself using the space. This is a great time to give us a realistic idea of your budget and priorities.

We will give you an idea of how we will design your space and how we would approach the project.  If you want to move forward at this point, our designer will give you an idea of how much a design will cost and the timing you should expect.

Concepts, Designs, and Planning

We will provide you with concept plans, a materials palette, a comprehensive planting plan, an estimate for the work to be installed, and a scaled building plan to turn your ideas and visions into reality. 

The design process typically takes between 4 and 6 weeks including an initial presentation, revision time, and final design presentation. 

After we have an approved plan and estimate, we will work out scheduling, any necessary permitting, utilities marking, sourcing of materials, and timeline.

Installation

Our talented crews will take our designs and bring them to life before your eyes.  We pay attention to all of the small details to make everything perfect.  Our employees have seen it all and we have absolute faith in them that they will turn your space into everything that you want it to be.

Your designer will be available during the installation process should any changes or challenges arise.
